"Sophomore Adam Gore led Cornell in a 64-61 win over
Northwestern on Friday night for the Big Red’s first
victory against a Big Ten team in nearly 40 years."

Oh goodie. 

This latest disaster is to a non-scholarship team, at
home, and a traditionally weak Ivy program. 

Yes, I know the team is young, new players, etc. etc.,
etc.  But this suggests massive improvement will be
necessary to win just a few games against anybody,
much less in the Big Ten.

This would be a timely moment to note that NU's
wrestling team is nationally-ranked and a Big Ten
title contender -- much more worthy of your time and
effort than the continuing basketball follies. Catch
them at home this weekend!!!
