He may be 3rd on the depth chart because he stopped working out, got fat and
slow, and has a bad attitude.  You just don't know, unless you are a lot
closer to the situation than most of us are.

So I'm not sure that this proves anything at all about the quality of our
kids compared to anybody else's.  That's why we have games on Saturday
rather than just throwing statistics at each other and letting a computer
decide who wins.

though he was arguably our best defensive linemen before he was injured.

I wonder if Mr. Howard isn't ruing the day he left Northwestern.  He should
be based on that information because he would be staring in Evanston.
