They usually release the ABC coverage map the Wednesday before the game.  I
believe it gets posted on the ABC/ESPN TV listings page, which can be found
here:

If it's not available in your area, it IS available on ESPN GamePlan
(cable/sattelite or online, for a price, of course):

Also note that the NU vs. Illinois game will kick off at 12PM CT and will be
on our favorite ESPN360 and therefore not accessible to most people on the
planet.
