I still wonder if Barnett might have stayed had he not had to deal with
Rick Taylor who was a control freak and rather obnoxious on top of
that. Everyone has had lousy bosses and the question then becomes
whether to wait for he or she to leave or leave for what appears on the
surface to be a better opportunity, I knew a guy who had a jerk of a
boss and kept giving his name to headhunters hoping to be rid of him
that way. Maybe Gary should have tried that ploy.
