Dixon has been in on the kickoff team for most (if not all) of the year.

In college football the only restrictions on player numbers are:

- You can't have two people with the same number on the field at the same
time.
- You can't have a player switch numbers any time during a game.
- The 5 offensive linemen who are ineligible receivers must be numbered
50-79.

So on many teams (especially those with a lot of walk-ons and therefore
close to 100 people) there will be multiple people with the same number as
someone else. They shouldn't be someone who plays in the same unit, though
(i.e. don't have two #18's on offense).
