Well said, as always Stephen.  I think today's magnificent showing--from beginning to end (Four Quarters, as the players kept reminding each other with 4 fingers raised up)--marks the true beginning of the "Fitz Era".  This team is maturing and coming together.  Not only do we have our QB, but we now have a "D", even without Roach, and perhaps most importantly, Mr. Tyrell Sutton had a huge day, which should put to rest all of the murmuring in The Daily and elsewhere about Mr. Tyrell Sutton transferring to another school.  Mr. Tyrell Sutton just needs to be healthy, to have an "O" Line open holes like it did today, and to have Mr. C.J. Bacher make the other team's defense play a balanced formation and not stack the line, and he can then show his remarkable talents.  This game should be a turning point.  I expect a tough effort next week against the tOSU, which should be looking ahead to Armageddon vs. UM, and then even better things against the "Zookies".  Finally, "Purple Pride" is in bloom.
 
Only bad thought:  How, oh how, could Howells miss that "gimme" FG?  I thought that was going to haunt us in the end......

How fitting is it that Fitz gets his first Big Ten win
against the same team his mentor did in 1999.

Congratulations coach!

You just can't say enough about the job Fitz has done
keeping this team focused on the future after that MSU
loss.

As I've said many times before - a season that
includes a win over Iowa and/or Wisconsin can not be a
bad season.:)

I left that stadium a couple weeks ago with such
heartbreak, but I have been overflowing with purple
pride ever since at the response of this team. What a
great win over the hated Hawkeyes. We've found our
quarterback and we have our coach!

Well done, Coach Fitz!!!
