Agreed--it was a pleasure to see. I actually had to listen to the 1st
half on the WNUR net feed, but we made it out to the lakefront in time
to catch the second half.
And what a second half! Quite the offensive display--precision cuts and
passing, movement away from the ball, and brilliant shooting. Combine
that with lots of hustle on loose balls, solid D, and some clutch
goal-tending, and you've got a completely dominating half of Lacrosse.
Impressive stuff, and fun to watch. Another good crowd on hand too, in
a great setting for a college sporting event.
The rematch against Duke should be fun.
