Class and taste and respect (for the Office of the Presidency, which is a  
salutory concept and which, frankly, President Clinton did lack entirely in the  
Lewinsky affair) are neither "liberal", "conservative", "Red State" or "Blue  
State".  Neither is respect for the Constitution--a much more important  
concept.  Perhaps those who are Conservative (and I assume you count  yourself in 
that category; I prefer to think of myself as "Progressive" and  realistic in 
my political philosophy) should decide whether our current  Administration has 
that respect or is lacking in it and engaging in verbal and  ideology-based 
"flip-flops" to do whatever it wants whenever it wants to.   I hate to litter 
the "list" with politics, but I am really tired of comments  that have no basis 
in reality and simply slur whole groups of patriotic  Americans.  Please 
don't use "liberal" as an epithet; I'll try to do  likewise with "Compassionate 
Conservative".
