[NU Sports] NU women's soccer hazing pictures

Okay, I can't help it; I have to ask...

How come every email about the hazing pictures so far has been either a) lambasting or defending journalists who *have* covered the story, or b) lambasting journalists who have *not* yet covered the story? Mariotti and Telander may be jerks, but that's completely beside the point here.

No one is talking about the story itself. Why not?

And another angle of the story worth discussing: Is this similar to the Rashidi Wheeler incident in that every school -- and every sport -- does something like this (illegal organized summer workouts, hazing), but somehow it's Northwestern that gets caught?

Also last night on "pardon the interruption" Alum Michael Wilbon defended
NU, although his argument was a little strained it was nice to see him standing
up for his alma mater.
