It all goes back to poor recruiting.  I'm not sure that the BB program 
has good recruiters.  Maybe Murphy should give Shon Morris some kind of 
coaching title so that he can be part of the recruiting and not get 
tangled up with the NCAA ludicrous recruiting limitations.
