True.  HOWEVER, we have yet to become a consistent winner in football 
either.  Remember several post-96 losing seasons under GB and some dreadful 
ones under RW.  There was only one win over OSU and but three over Michigan 
and Penn State during their combined tenures, and in the latter case, PSU 
had to implode and lose to everybody before we beat them twice in a row.  We 
do not get a lot of top talent in football either.  The four and five star 
recruits go elsewhere.
