If there was a 65 team playoff in college football, the small
schools would be perfectly welcome--as early round cannon fodder,
just like in the NCAA Tournament.

There would be a few upsets, but no #1 seed has lost to a #16 seed
in the Big Dance, and it probably wouldn't happen in football either.
