[NU Sports] Stanford To Cut Down Size of Football Stadium

My understanding is that is is in effect for THIS draft.  Not a lot of references to the new rule, but here are 2 I found from different sourches California and Pennsylvania.


6-10 senior from Maryland rated as nation's No. 2 prospect
