Brickhouse was just awful on Bears broadcasts.  I remember him in the  early 
'70's when I was in Evanston.  Bobby Douglass was the QB, and Da  Bears were 
terrible.  After hearing the lyrical Marty Glickman doing NY  Giants 
broadcasts, I couldn't believe how Chicago had to listen to such an  inferior product on 
the radio.  Brickhouse was at least passable on Cubs  games in those days.
