Yeah, they're hard to listen to, unless you're a rabid Sox fan, I suppose.

But I always though Harry was insufferable, even back when he was doing
the Cardinals on the radio, and I thought he got worse when he moved to 
Chicago.  His final few years were truly awful, because he had trouble
remembering what team he was doing.  

I wonder how many on this list are old enough to remember Jack Quinlan,
who preceded Vince Lloyd on Cubs radio broadcasts in the 60's?  
Swing-and-a-miss!

However, the worst radio announcer I ever heard for any sport still
has to be Irv Kupcinet, doing Bears games on WGN.  The guys that WGN
have doing Cats games are much better.
