I understand we lost plenty of coaching leadership on the offensive side of 
the ball, and I don't think I care one way or the other about Vanderlinden.  
I trust that Mark Murphy, Pres. Bienen, and the Trustees will make the 
correct decision at the appropriate time.  But given that the defense 
finished 117th (of 117) in total defense and 106th in scoring defense (never 
mind poor showings the previous years as well), I wouldn't be offended if a 
defensive expert were brought on board.
