They have what sounds like a similar contest at UCLA games at Pauley 
Pavilion.  Three differerent students are selected each game to try to 
make a lay-up, a free throw, a 3-point shot and a half court shot -- all 
within 30 seconds.  If someone makes all four shots, school tuition is 
covered for an entire school year.  At Thursday night's game against 
Washington State, I saw one guy make the first three shots within the 
first 13 seconds.  So, he then had time to take two half court shots, 
one of which came very, very close.  I can't remember what they gave him 
as a consolation prize -- it may have also been a night at the Orrington 
Hotel.   :)      --  Jim B.
