'Cats beat Minny in Men's Basketball 

Well the 19-point lead didn't hold up, but the 'Cats hung on for a HUGE road 
win against Minnesota, 57-49.  NU is now 2-0 in the Big Ten for the first time 
in something like 30 years.  (Yes, that means we're in FIRST PLACE in the 
conference, since the Illini lost to Iowa today.) 

With Penn State coming into Welsh-Ryan on Wednesday night and Mohamed Hachad 
returning to the lineup after his appendectomy, the 'Cats have an excellent 
shot to go 3-0 in conference.  

Two of our freshmen players, Sterling Williams and Craig Moore, really 
stepped up today with 15 points each.
