One thing missing from this discussion has been the big hope for the future in terms of depth and quality; namely, the basketball signees for the coming year. This looks like an outstanding class, and NU has a great shot at one of the best remaining unsigned players -- if he is landed, this might be the top basketball recruiting year in NU history. He would join two great Chicago area players, a multi-year Arizona Player of the Year, and a new Croatian (a countryman of Vedran Vukusic).
