   Courageous efforts in the last 2 games, especially at Ill. without VV.  
Presuming VV stays healthy, we go 3-1 down the stretch.  I like our defense and 
Hachad has turned it up the past few weeks.
   I know the NUMBers will love this:  I was listening to Purdue-Penn St. 
yesterday; the Purdue pep band was playing, " I wish I were an Oscar Meyer 
Weiner."  Yes, it's true; they bang a big drum and they're really dumb.
