[NU Sports] New OC Concerns

Do we have an official word yet on Garrick McGee as the new OC ?  A concern I would have would be the experience factor.
 
When KW came on-board in 99, he had 8 years experience as an OC (88 OC/OL NCA&T, 92-97 OC/OL Miami(O) and 98 OC/QB for Miami).
 
When MD was named in 02, he had 20 years experience as a head coach or Coordinator (80-82 DC Cent Wash, 83 HC Cent Wash, 84-85 OC UMass, 87-91 HC Cent Wash, 92-96 OC Toledo, and 97-00 HC at Northern Iowa).
 
GM has not had any coordinator or HC experience.  Indeed, other than Brown and Colby, the coaching experience (non-GA) on the rest of the staff is disconcertingly light:
 
Cushing - 3 years
Fitz - 4 years
Johns - 5 years
McGee - 9 years
Washington - 5 years
 
Also, I know GM has somewhat followed MD from UNI to NU (with a stop in Toledo).  Can we deduce from this that he will run the dunbar offense ?  Or will he try and put his own stamp on the offense ?
