[NU Sports] Rule changes/shotening games

   Keep it simple Dept.  Keep all rules the same; make the 4 quarters 14 
minutes each.  Why not? Pro basketball has 48 minutes of playing time, college 
ball has 40.
   Besides, this would somewhat make up for the 12th game all Div. 1 teams 
will be playing.   And don't feed me the line that it would cost reserves 
playing time. All Div. 1 teams have loaded up on cupcakes as well as having 1 more 
gane to play each season. Playing time won't be an issue.
  This will shorten games, and keep our college ball uniquely different than 
the NFL.
