[NU Sports] A Different View of Hawkeye Country

I think everyone will enjoy this article about how the Iowa hoops team has  
"adopted" Jesse Weiss, a 7-year-old boy who has undergone a very serious spinal 
 fusion operation in Iowa City for a rare condition (as described in the 
article)  and had to wear a "halo" for many months, while spending much time in 
the land  of the Hawkeyes.  By the way, Jesse's dad is my law partner and 
friend, Rob  Weiss.  Rob told me that in addition to the obvious compassion shown by 
 Steve Alford which is covered in the article, Kirk Ferentz has also been 
amazing  towards Jesse and the Weiss family, even though he is not mentioned.
