By way of comparison, Scout.com has us tied for 69th with Memphis, just 
ahead of noted power Tulane, who as we all should now had to recruit 
without the benefit of knowing if it even had a campus to recruit 
players to attend.  Just ahead of NU in the Scout rankings were 
Cincinnati, Houston and UConn. Indiana was 77, Minnesota 61, Purdue 54, 
MSU 42, Iowa 38,Wisky 36, Illiniois 27,  OSU 13, Mich 10, and PSU 6.  
Overall, the Big Ten was ranked as the fifth best conference, just ahead 
of the Big East.  The SEC was ranked first and Florida was ranked first 
overall.
