Speaking of bowls, it was nice to turn on the Sun Bowl and see a tribute
to Randy Walker painted on the field. For anyone who didn't see it,
there were purple and white ribbons painted on the field with "RW" and
the dates of his life (which escape me at the moment) on the ribbon. I
understand there was a tribute to him either at halftime or before the
game. I turned to the game in the second half, so didn't see that.
