[NU Sports] Bad basketball

The problem with Northwestern basketball is the same as it always has been: 
Inadequate talent.  In the past 10 years, how many NU players have made 
first team all Big 10?  I remember Eschmeyer.  If there was another one, he 
isn't coming to mind.  Go back 20 years.  How many even then?  We can't win 
without good players regardless of what system is in place.  Two great 
players, and we're in the dance come March, but we can't find them.
