It's probably illegal but many of us trade tapes or dvds of games.  As 
long as you don't make a business of it I doubt that anyone would get 
into trouble.

What could get you into trouble would be streaming the game live.  That 
wouldn't be hard so I don't doubt that some people are already doing it.
