I do not know the answer to this, but if someone records this or any  
football game and then distributes it either via DVD or as an attachment to an  
email, is that legal?
 
I am in an area where ESPNU is not available, and as it is not part of the  
online viewing scheme, I was wondering if someone out there TiVo'ed it and then 
 sent it out, would that be kosher?
