[NU Sports] train low, rest high

It was an interesting article and apparently Gonzales isn't some dummy 
given his grade average.The tent may make a difference.  I was watching 
a show about the Navy's Blue Angels and they train in what amounts to a 
huge centrifuge  to get used to the "Gs" that they pull during their air 
shows since they don't wear their usual flight suits that compensate for 
the pressures that they incur  when flying with the fleet.
