Well, the age may be great for NU, but poor Bielema at
UW (yeah, I'm real heartbroken:) ) ... he was supposed
to be the one getting all the pub at the Big Ten
kickoff as the youngest I-A coach and all that. Oh
well. Maybe UW's media department can play the
Fitz+Bielema vs. JoePa age thing to get a story.:)

With a cushy schedule (especially if the Badgers can
repeat recent history and upset Michigan early),
Bielema could get the rosy glow the first year ... but
I think we'll be happy in the long run with our man
Fitz.

Oh well, with the two youngest coaches in the nation
and an old legend coming off a comeback year, age will
surely be the story with the Big Ten for awhile (or at
least until we earn some respect in September by
kicking Irish tail and taking down Texas!:) ).

But any publicity is good publicity and Fitz has
proven to be someone who makes the university look
good each time he's on  camera. Not ideal, we all
agree, but he's a choice we can all be proud of and I
for one can't wait to cheer as a Fitz-led team takes
the field.
