starting ruling the world but-times are different-I think the only recent 
example of success was John Gruden at 34  also with the Raiders

Fitz age will initially be a liability , at the very least because it will  
be talked about often--Any mistakes by Fitz willl be blamed on his age, any 
dissension or loss of control of players will also be blamed on age--I just 
caution that it will be tough initially--and I can wait and sit through a few bad 
seasons (4-7/5-6) , but i feel confident in 2 -3 years we will be thrilled with 
him
