We were out-coached.  We failed to make adjustments in the second half.
PSU shut down our inside running attack all game but we failed to run
outside save a few runs.  If it weren't for a stupid personal foul by a
Penn State player, we would not have had the opportunity to retake the
lead at the end of the game.  
 
Our pass defense is horrendous.  You have to blame that on the coaching.
Either we can't recruit DB's or we can't teach them how to cover.  Our
cover defense has always resembled a prevent defense rather than an
aggressive D.  Robinson was not sharp but he was able to take advantage
of three long bombs in the same corner of the south end zone.  
 
We also failed to take advantage of those wonderful turnovers in the
first half, scoring only one touchdown along with a bunch of FG's.  
 
We will be lucky to win two more games this year unless we can improve
our pass defense.  Based on our recent history, I would expect that that
is too much to ask for.
