[NU Sports] Game not on TV? What about Instant Replay?

From the Replay FAQ on bigten.org
(http://bigten.collegesports.com/sports/m-footbl/archive/090605aaa.html):

- - - -
Q. What will be the source of the video for replays?
A. All reviewable video will come direct from the television production of
the game and no other source. The Big Ten has had 88 percent or more of its
44 intraconference games televised during the past five seasons. If an
intraconference game will not be televised, then the Big Ten will arrange
for video exposure of the game in order to provide the same, consistent
coverage throughout the Conference season.

For non-conference games, the visiting team usually provides (or has the
first option to provide) the officials from their conference. They
specifically mentioned at the beginning of the ND-MSU game that it was a
Big Ten crew and that Big Ten replay rules would be in effect. But it
sounds like non-televised non-conference games don't get replay. Maybe if
one or both teams were willing to pay for it separately out-of-pocket, they
might. But it sounds like it's not a guarantee.

But wait, here's the FAQ from pac-10.org
(http://www.pac-10.org/sports/m-footbl/spec-rel/080805aac.html):

- - - - -
Q. Which games will have instant replay?
A. All Pac-10 Conference games will use instant replay. Non-conference
games played at Pac-10 sites will have instant replay with the consent of
the visiting non-conference opponent.
....
Q. What will be the source of the video for replays?
A. All reviewable video will come direct from the television production of
the game. If a game is not televised, the video from the video board
production will be utilized.

So it sounds like if NU consents, then replay will be used using jumbotron
footage. But the Pac-10 uses a three-person crew for replay, whereas the
Big Ten uses the lone Technical Advisor. So if it's a Big Ten crew on the
field, I wonder if they'd adapt to the three-person Pac-10 system in the booth?

OK, so none of this answered the question. But it gave us a lot more
information to make guesses with. :-)
