[NU Sports] Bad day for the Big Ten ... (fwd)

I would have to say that, after growing up in Ohio, I hate Michigan
more than any other sports team, period. The Yankees are the next
closest, but its a pretty big gap. I think the most satisfying moment
for me was beating Michigan 54-51 my freshman year back in 2000,
followed closely by the 33-27 victory over OSU, who I rooted for my
whole life until attending NU.
I also have a strong dislike for a few other college teams, which I
think is fair. Most people do hate the good teams since there is no
reason to hate the bad teams since you can always beat them and
demoralize them that way. That's the biggest reason why nobody really
hates NU, as well as the fact that we dont have 5 billion alumni like
most other Big Ten schools to cause a ruckus.
