[NU Sports] Defining game

   Paul and gang,

   A big game? Yes. Actually, a very big game.  A defining game? No. I have a 
problem with the "all the marbles" philosophy. Rather, I believe in the 
saying yhat your not as good as you think you are when you win; your not as bad as 
you think you are when you lose.
   Yes, this is a big step, but as we found out after the 1995 and 1996 
seasons, and again after the 2000 season, a big, heart-stopping win against 
Michigan does not make us consistantly topped rank.
   We've all seen Michigan plenty of times. Defensively, they're the best 
since Penn St.  As we all know, 5 FG's and 2 TD's equaled a loss.  Tonight, I 
predict 5 TD's and 2 FG's as well as a spirited, if not flawed performance on D.  
McGarigle will haunt the Wolves tonight. I predict a wild 41-38 win.  
   It's 3 PM now; I've been cool all day, but I'm starting to get a little 
weird now. Beat the #@!(&F^6778 out of 'em Cats!!!
