First, thundersticks?  Thundersticks!?!?  Please g-d, no.  Unless they 
come with a free set of ear plugs and an actual stick to beat the person 
behind you with when they won't stop blowing your eardrums out.  ;-)

There being seats left is an embarassment to the University, its alums, 
and especially the Wildcat Athletics Marketing department.  Let's hope 
those guys figure it out by Friday so there can be a nice full stadium on 
Saturday night.  I know it's hard to sell out Dyche, but two ranked teams 
at night on national TV, and with one of them being a local team on 
Homecoming, and the other team being Michigan, in the beautiful city of 
Chicago... well, the AD might want to call on NU's fine B-School to get 
some assistance in selling what should be an easy game to sell.

I just talked to the Wildcat ticket office and they have not sold out yet, 
but they say they've got "very limited" seats remaining.  Hope springs 
eternal.

Gameday has decided to go from Florida, to help publicize the Cocktail 
Party for CBS.  Good work, ESPN.
