[NU Sports] annoying fans and PA announcers

Since we are discussing thoughts of the way things are run during the
game, I have to commend Wisconsin for showing the replay of every
single play on their multiple video boards during the game.  They do
it for every play, including ones that aren't so good for the home
team.  I think it's good use of the video board since you may not have
a great viewing angle for the play that just happened, or if you just
got back to your seat for some reason.  NU's video board operators
show the replay at times, but it's usually a little delayed.  I think
I like the replay shown after every play, though.
