Can there be, after 15 Oct., any doubt that college
football is the best game there is?

Today, in multiple stadiums -- in South Bend, Ann
Arbor, West Lafayette (YAY!), Columbus, Minneapolis,
Oxford, Morgantown, Pullman, Baton Rouge,
Charlottesville, Columbia, Berkeley and more -- there
were thrilling finishes and epic endings. 

Couch potatoes who saw (for example) the endings in
Minneapolis, West Lafayette, Ann Arbor, South Bend and
Charlottesville (as I did) -- can it get any better? I
wonder.

This may have been the best CFB single day I can
remember in 35 years of loving this game.

And the White Sox won to move within a game of the
Series, too.

What a day!
