And the second half begins ...
- 95 yard return ... untouched ... ouch! Guess we'd
better stick with those pooch kicks.
- There we go O ... feed Sutton.
- Dangit ... the O line couldn't hold the blitz. Gotta
punt.
- Hey ... a sack! Too bad it couldn't come on a 3rd
down.
- Whew ... we dodged a big-time momentum bullet with
the missed FG.
- WILD! momentum swings and finishes in Minneapolis
and Columbus. This Big Ten race gets more bizarre each
week.
- Dang dropped balls - c'mon wideouts!
- QB change? Uh oh - this almost cost us last year in
the Purdoo game. Let's rattle the kid, D!
- Horrible interference call to keep the drive alive
at midfield ... hope that doesn't bite us later.
- McGarrigle is EVERYWHERE! Nice coverage.
- C'mon O ... time to wake up and quit letting the
Boilers hang around.
- We still haven't got the ground game going. Ugh.
- Well ... the D hasn't allowed the Boilers to come
back, but slow O and special teams nightmares have
Purdue right back in the darn game.
- TD Boilers. Dangit. 28-23.
- This game is starting to resemble the PSU game more
than the Wisky game ... we started hot on O and then
fell asleep to allow Purdue back in the game. And this
time nobody should be able to blame the D.
- Another ineffective offensive series ... we've lost
all momentum on offense and have too many dropped
balls.
- We're fortunate Purdue's having as many passing
problems as we are to still be ahead at the end of
three.
- Nice screen call to try and keep Sutton involved,
but the O-line's gotta get the ground game going.
WAKE UP OFFENSE!!!
One very Rolaids-worthy quarter to go. We shoulda had
this thing locked up by now. UGH!!!
GO CATS!!!
