We also received 11 votes in the Harris Interactive Poll, in  which Iowa got 
42 votes and Mich. got 22 votes.  We were just behind  Virginia (with 18 
votes) and ahead of Maryland (10).  There's little doubt  that had McGarrigle had 
about 3-6 more inches to tipp the pass away on 4th &  15 against Joe Pa, we'd 
be in the Top 25.  So we can be happy where we are,  while realizing how close 
our team came to getting off to a phenomenal  start.   If we can bust the 
Boilers, this season could become very  sweet indeed.  This week's game may be the 
fulcrum on which our bowl hopes  rest, as a 4-2 start will put us in really 
fine shape to achieve a winning  record, given the schedule that lies ahead.
