How Penn State won that game Saturday is beyond me. They looked awful against Northwestern.
Realize that doesn't say much about the Wildcats ... alas.
Ever hopeful in purple, Alan

The good news is that PSU appears to be a better team that many imagined and
maybe Minny isn't as good. More good news is that MSU isn't quite as good
as many thought either, though with the benefit of a really questionable
call they mounted a good comeback. The bad news is that we don't play Minny
and Michigan with Hart just got a lot better.

As I reluctantly turn off the TV to go to the symphony I note that Penn
State and AZ St. are working on upsets. Go foes.
