[NU Sports] Coaching Contracts

All,

This is purely for thought. Please do not write me back telling me that it
wouldn't work because of recruiting or whatever. 

I think it would be interesting to write a contract extension for Walker (or
any other coach) that guarantees 15% more than the best offer he gets on the
open market after each season. 

So, if he coaches the team to a 11-1 BCS-win season and UCLA offers $800k, he
does 15% better staying put. But, if he has a 1-10 BS season, his best offer
would be something like $64k at a private high school and he'd make way less
money the following season (though still 15% better than $64k). 

Let's give incentive alignment a try!
