This interesting article was sent to me by a former marine with whom I  
served with in Korea at the Chosin Reservoir. Since then he has had a  
distinguished career at the University of Colorado as a professor of Biology. He  knows 
that I am a graduate of Northwestern University and therefore sends me  articles 
like the attached. I found this enlightening, especially the following  
comments by his readers.
