The Michigan Athletic Department does a MUCH BETTER JOB in promoting itself.
Considering the talent that Northwestern graduates, it does a remarkably
poor job promoting itself.  I'm not restricting that criticism to just
the Athletic Department, though they're among the worst offenders.
