Having come from the Cradle of Coaches, he's used to that.  Look at the
number of coaches who worked for Hayden Fry over the years before becoming
successful head coaches, or for Bill Snyder at Kansas State.  

It means those coaches did a good job of finding and training assistants.

I'd much rather Northwestern have assistant coaches that other schools
are interested in hiring away from us than assistant coaches who couldn't
get another job.
