Unless the conferences and schools start cutting deals with the bowls, 
probably not until after the BCS Championship show, ie around 5PM 
on Sunday, December 4th.

Expect the Pac 10 to start campaigning for a second BCS slot, with the
Big 10 following suit.  Does Oregon have a record of travelling well,
other than to Pasadena?  (Everybody travels well to Pasadena.)

Right now the Pac 10 has only 4 bowl-eligible schools.  Stanford isn't 
likely to become bowl eligible by beating Notre Dame, ASU still has to 
beat Arizona to become bowl-eligible, that's not a lock either.  

The Big 10 has 7 bowl-eligible teams.  

I found it odd that ESPN kept mentioning the Cats for the Sun Bowl 
yesterday, a bowl game that ESPN does not televise, CBS does that one.
