[NU Sports] A Champaign boast

I would like to second that post from Cyril. This was a special season
that we all should be proud of. I for one have had many enjoyable
seasons watching our Cats play BT football this year. The home games
have all been exciting, the weather has cooperated and we have exceeded
our pre-season expectations. What more could we want. Let us give the
coaching staff a chance to build on this. They need our support not our
criticism.

The grass is not always greener on the other side. Enjoy the bowl game
and let's root for our BB team that just may have a chance to do
something very special this year.

Purple Pride!

Come on people, we are 7-4 and we are going to a bowl.
LET US CELEBRATE! Instead I saw more than 100 posts
about firing our coaches and a whole bunch of
negativities about our football program. Why? I just
don't get it!

We lost many key players before the season. We are the
second youngest team in Big Ten and we played one of
the toughest schedules in the nation. Yet we are 7-4,
the third place in Big Ten. I don't know about you but
I am extremely proud of our team.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to
our coaches and players for a special season. I (and
hopefully many members on this list) will support you
in whatever bowl you are going to play. I am proud to
be a Wildcat.

GO CATS!
