Yes and I think the likely scenario is that if we were to have a very 
successful coach like Barnet , they would leave if they didn't get a package close to 
what to what they could get elsewhere--If that would be $1.5 MM , and  the NU 
 environment doesn't offer a lot of potential extras (TV program/Camps , 
etc), then we would have to pay a lot of money to keep him--and I for one am 
opposed to  that because of what message it sends about our priorities. Which gets 
me back to my original point --We should keep  a guy who delivers middle of 
the pack  aggreagte results--with an occasional BT Championship  and big name 
bowl, mixed in with several lesser rate bowls.
