The short answer to Paul's question is No.  The mighty SEC will not have enough
bowl eligible schools to fill its allotment and the Music City is one of the 6
and 7 slots.  The Houston Bowl is 8th and won't be filled by a SEC school, as
there will only be 7 bowl eligible schools now that Vandy inexplicably lost to
Kentucky.
