[NU Sports] Illini lose appeal

Apparently the Chief won't be there at the Tourney this year, but the 
Illini and Fighting Illini names will be around to stay.

Note to Illinois: make your mascot a pencil-necked Viagra-needing 
bureaucrat with nothing better to do than tell a University how to run its 
sporting teams - apparently it's the height of disrepect.
